When an employee is struggling financially, the impact rarely stays at home. It shows up in conversations with employees and through line managers. In absence, reduced performance, presenteeism, mental health concerns. And in the situations that often land back with HR and People teams.
Yet many HR professionals and managers tell us the same thing. “I want to help, but I’m worried about saying the wrong thing.”
This practical workshop has been designed specifically for HR professionals, People teams, and those supporting employees through difficult conversations. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of financial wellbeing, how financial pressure shows up in the workplace. And how to handle these conversations with confidence, professionalism and clear boundaries

This session is hosted by Samantha Tremlin, Founder and Wellbeing Director at Kuutch, a multi award winning workplace wellbeing, leadership and culture consultancy.
Kuutch works with organisations to understand how pressure shows up across people, behaviour and performance, and how workplace systems shape what gets seen, avoided or escalated. Financial pressure is one of the most common underlying factors. Often sitting behind changes in focus, absence, behaviour and performance.
